The Big Easy was part of an amazing experience on September 4, 2017 by being able to take part in the rescue of shelter dogs from Texas following Hurricane Harvey.

Thank you so much to Pittsburgh Aviation Animal Rescue Team for coordinating this effort and allowing The BIG EASY Animal Hospital to be involved and help in any way we were able. We had 67 dogs arrive relatively healthy, just a little exhausted. They are now in the care of local shelters and fosters.
